Refer to the active agent, select the user you want to deactivate > click Deactivate Button.
Click Deactivate Agent Button.
Before Deactivate the user, you need to transfer the open tickets and activities to other agents.
Click Deactivate Now to confirm your action.
Once the user has been deactivated:
the user no longer be able to access the Desk account by using the deactivated ID
the user will be listed under Deactivated Agents
If you decide to activate the user again, you can re-invite the deactivated user from Deactivated Agents List.
Add new user
Login to Zoho Desk and go to Setup.
Refer to Users and Controls > Agents.
Click the New Agents button for agent creation.
Insert the agent details. Due to the user access right, please ensure that you have to select the related Role & Permission. Once done, click Add Agent, an invitation email will be sent to the user.
To join the organization, the user has to accept the email invitation by clicking Accept Invitation.
NOTE :
TheNot Confirmed list indicates that the user has not yet accept the invitation and is pending for confirmation.
